Legal advice
A membership with Sinf gives you access to legal advice – via phone, email, or digital meetings. In other words, you receive day-to-day support at no extra cost. In addition, we assist you with more complex matters such as terminations, contract disputes, or workplace environment challenges – at rates significantly below market level. On top of that, you benefit from newsletters, ready-made templates and agreements, invitations to events, exclusive member offers, and strong support in advocacy and policy influence.

Collective agreements
A membership with Sinf does not require you to be bound by a collective agreement – the choice is entirely yours. As a member, you have the option to enter into collective agreements with IF Metall, Livs, or Ledarna through a specific onboarding procedure. We can also assist you in establishing what is known as a “hängavtal” (a supplementary collective agreement), for example with Unionen.
Fees for membership
The membership fee is based on two components.First, there is a service fee – our member package – which is calculated based on both the number of employees and company turnover. This ensures that the fee is fairly adjusted to the size of your business. The final amount is rounded up to the nearest 999 SEK to simplify administration.
The service fee is subject to VAT and tax-deductible, and consists of:
- SEK 999 per employee, and
- SEK 259 per million SEK in turnover.
Second, there is a fixed annual membership fee of SEK 990 (not tax-deductible).
For groups where several companies are affiliated as members of Sinf and where at least one of the companies pays the maximum fee, a discount rate is applied to the service fee as follows:
Company 1 – Maximum fee, 0% discount
Company 2 and subsequent companies – 20% discount
The fee for each company can never be less than the minimum fee of SEK 4,999 or exceed the maximum fee of SEK 69,999 (for 2025).
